ChinaTravelFood is an independent online guide built for foreign travellers exploring China. Our team covers destinations all over the country — from the snow-capped mountains and grasslands of Altay, karst hills of Guilin, ancient towns in the south, to the bold spicy flavours of Sichuan, hearty northwest food and delicate Jiangnan snacks.
We do not offer rushed packaged group tours or shallow food lists. We believe a memorable trip to China is balanced: stunning scenery and genuine local food go hand in hand.
